Our Sleep Caps use natural ingredients like Passion flower, Valerian root, and Lemon Balm, and L-Theanine which have been used for centuries as sleep aids.

This bottle contains 30 capsules.

I personally like to take 2 of these about 45 mins before I want to go to sleep. They give me that eyes heavy feeling and super deep sleep but I don't wake up feeling groggy. 

These Sleep Caps are formulated without melatonin. While melatonin can have it's uses I am not a fan of it for daily use and it often gives people a groggy slow feeling when they wakeup.
